Jared is a Nationally Board-Certified Reflexologist specializing in maternity and pre-conception care. Trained through the London School of Reflexology, he is on track to become the first certified Reproflexologist™ in the U.S. Rooted in his faith, Jared sees reflexology as a way to help women and families reconnect with God’s design for healing. With compassion and clinical skill, he supports clients through conception, pregnancy, and beyond.

This is your introduction to the restorative power of reflexology! It will be 75 minutes long, and we’ll start with a short intake form review and discussion of your wellness goals, followed by a full reflexology session. The session includes a personalized foot mapping assessment to identify imbalances and provide targeted pressure point therapy. You’ll remain fully clothed and recline comfortably while specific areas of your feet are stimulated to support your body's natural healing processes. Expect to leave feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and more connected to your body.

This first visit is 90 minutes long and tailored specifically for expecting mothers. This session supports a more balanced, comfortable pregnancy. We’ll begin with a maternity-specific intake to assess symptoms, stage of pregnancy, and any prenatal guidance you’ve received. The reflexology session focuses on supporting hormonal balance, reducing stress, and relieving common pregnancy discomforts such as swelling, sleep issues, and digestion. Relax knowing this is a safe, non-invasive support for both you and baby.

This First Visit is 90 minutes long and begins with a detailed Intake form review to understand your menstrual health, lifestyle, stress levels, and any fertility-related concerns. This is followed by a relaxing, focused reflexology treatment designed to support hormonal balance, improve circulation to reproductive organs, and reduce stress. The session offers a calming, nurturing environment to prepare the body for conception—naturally and holistically.

The first pediatric reflexology session is 45 minutes long and includes a gentle consultation with the parent or caregiver to understand the child’s health history, developmental stage, and any specific concerns (such as sleep, digestion, or anxiety). The session involves a short, soothing reflexology treatment tailored to the child’s age and comfort level, using light, nurturing touch to help calm the nervous system, support overall wellness, and promote relaxation.

In order to book your first visit, you will be charged a $150 non-refundable deposit.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you.. It is required to provide notice of at least 24 hours to cancel or reschedule appointments. This helps to ensure that we can run an efficient and effective practice and meet the needs of those who are waiting to get an appointment. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours of your appointment will not be charged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours of your appointment and no shows will be charged a cancellation fee.

Holistic Heel offers reflexology support for pre-conception, fertility challenges, IVF/IUI support, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery.

Not at all. While we specialize in maternity and pre-conception care, reflexology is for everyone ( including men, children, and seniors) looking to reduce stress, improve sleep, support hormone balance, aid digestion, or simply enhance overall wellness.

This depends on your health goals. Some clients come weekly during pregnancy or fertility support, while others prefer monthly maintenance sessions. We’ll discuss your goals and create a plan that works best for you.

In most cases, no. However, if you are under medical care for a high-risk pregnancy, recent surgery, or certain health conditions, we may require a provider’s approval prior to treatment for your safety.
