Dayle Garner
// Splankna Practitioner
// Gentle Friend + Faithful Listener
// Daughter of The King
Dayle brings over a decade of experience in holistic wellness, and yet she’d tell you her work is just getting started. After years of guiding clients through customized nutrition protocols and applied kinesiology, she found herself drawn to something deeper - the emotional and spiritual layers that often go untouched. That’s when she discovered Splankna Therapy, and everything clicked.
As a Splankna Practitioner, Dayle now supports clients in integrating body, mind, and spirit, helping them release emotional blocks and experience healing from the inside out. Splankna, grounded in a Christian worldview, weaves together tools like TFT, EMDR, and NET in a way that honors the nervous system while keeping Christ at the center. For Dayle, it’s the missing piece that brings her holistic care full circle.
Her passion lies in helping people understand their health through the lens of the structural, chemical, and emotional body, and how each part is beautifully interconnected. She holds space with tenderness, invites honesty without judgment, and walks alongside her clients with wisdom and grace.
Dayle is especially excited to join Our Well House because of its heart for Jesus, its commitment to community, and its embrace of multiple modalities. Being part of a team that spends time together beyond the walls of the clinic is something she deeply values.
Before joining OWH, Dayle wore many hats, licensed massage therapist, holistic practitioner, professional photographer, and stay-at-home mom. Each role shaped her, but it’s this one, walking with others toward healing, that feels most aligned with her calling.
Outside the office, Dayle is often in nature, kayaking, camping, or traveling in pursuit of her goal to visit all 50 states (and eventually, the world). She loves the ocean and the mountains equally, finds joy in art, decorating, and family time, and never passes up a good concert or a chance to laugh with her husband.
