What to Expect on Your First FascialCARE Visit at Our Well House

Trying something new, especially when it comes to your health, might be a little nerve-wracking. But all it takes is a little heads up so you can manage expectations and make sure you know what you’re getting into.

We want to ensure you feel knowledgeable, prepared, and comfortable before your first FascialCARE session with us, so here’s a rundown of what to know and what you can expect.

Meet Raoul Santiago

Raoul didn’t originally set out to become a fascialCARE provider. His career began in art education. But when he learned to care for the fascial and craniosacral systems of his own young children and witnessed the striking benefits firsthand, he felt called to serve families through functional care of the fascial and craniosacral systems.

Today, Raoul works with individuals and families who desire a body that moves, communicates, and functions with greater ease.

The Heart Behind FascialCARE

The goal of fascialCARE is simple: to help release strain patterns stored within the body’s fascial system so the body can function as it was designed.

The fascial system is a connective tissue network that surrounds and supports every muscle, organ, and system in the body. When strain accumulates through stress, injury, birth patterns, emotional tension, or daily life, the body may compensate in ways that create dysfunction or symptoms.

Raoul’s goal is not a lifetime of unending sessions. His goal is a strain-free life. If care is effective, sessions should become less frequent over time and eventually only as needed.

What is Raoul’s Approach?

FascialCARE works with the body, not against it. Through gentle, hands-on techniques focused on the fascial and craniosacral systems, Raoul helps release tension and restore smoother cranial motion and nervous system communication.

Raoul does not diagnose conditions or treat disease.

Instead, FascialCARE releases fascial tension that may be preventing the body from functioning at its highest capacity. As strain releases, many individuals notice a reduction in a wide range of symptoms.

Each person’s fascial pattern is unique, like a ball of tangled Christmas lights. Some may have only a small tangle, while others may have multiple layers of stored strain. Each session gently helps “untangle” those layers over time.

You may ask Raoul to assess cranial motion before and after your session to help gauge progress.

Your First FascialCARE Visit

Your first appointment includes both consultation and treatment.

Your session will include:

  • A full health and medical history review

  • Time to discuss your wellness goals

  • Education about FascialCARE and craniosacral function

  • Answers to any questions you may have

  • A full 60-minute fascialCARE session

Your first visit is 60 minutes for $185.

A first visit is required before booking any follow-up services.

What is a Common Timeline for Follow-Up Visits?

Because fascial strain can develop in layers, progress typically happens over multiple sessions.

Some individuals may only need a few sessions. Others may need a series of visits to address deeper or longer-standing strain patterns. Infants and children often respond more quickly than adults.

Follow-up care is personalized based on your body’s response and goals. Over time, visits often become less frequent and only as needed.
